No surprises on scope, price, or timing. Here’s the flight plan.
Waypoint is like the lane assist in your car. It doesn't drive the car. You do. It keeps your team in its lane and moving toward the goal.
We meet on Google Meet, or by phone if that’s easier. You tell me what’s getting in the way. I show you a live demo of the kind of tools I set up. No pitch deck, no pressure.
A walkaround inspection of your clinic’s operations. I walk through your workflows in person and talk with your staff, because the people doing the work know where it breaks.
Symptoms, root causes, and fixes in priority order. Plain language, one page. It’s yours to keep.
If you want help with the fixes, we pick a project. Flat price, fixed timeline, confirmed in writing before work begins. Setup and staff training happen on-site.
Monthly remote support: monitoring and adjustments, onboarding new staff to the systems, and a monthly metrics report.
I do: work with owners and staff on operations, workflows, written procedures, and the tools that support them.
I don’t: work with clients or patients in any way, or provide any clinical service.

No. You keep the one-page report and can act on it yourself. If you do continue, the fee is credited in full toward any project.
Yes, that’s the point of the staff conversations. I report patterns and findings, never who said what. The details are covered in our written agreement.
Both. Setup and staff interviews happen on-site, within about 100 miles of central Delaware. Follow-up support is remote, and remote projects are available anywhere.
No. I’m vendor-neutral: I recommend tools based on what fits your clinic, and you hold your own subscriptions, billed by the vendor. I don’t take referral fees or commissions from software vendors.
I build HIPAA-aware workflows and make sure any vendor that handles protected health information signs a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with your clinic. Consent workflows are designed around 42 CFR Part 2 requirements, reviewed by your compliance lead. Your compliance lead signs off before anything goes live. I also sign a Business Associate Agreement with your clinic before I do any work that involves your operations.
